General Refund Policy:
All refund claims must be made within SEVEN days from receipt of product. Hitmen Liquidators WILL NOT accept returns after SEVEN DAYS We will accept returns on products that Hitmen Liquidators agrees were misrepresented in the initial listing. All items are REQUIRED to be sent back to our warehouse for inspection and processing. We will issue you an RMA number. Failure to obtain an RMA prior to returning an item to Hitmen-Liquidators will result in an Unauthorized Return which will incur additional penalties.

All returned items must be sent by courier of customer’s choice and be prepaid by customer NO collect shipments will be accepted at our facility Return postage charges are NOT covered by Hitmen Liquidators in any circumstances. Any reimbursements made by Hitmen Liquidators will be made via the payment method chosen by the customer when the item was purchased Please note that refunds take up to 14 DAYS process after item arrives back in our facility.
Lost or Missing Items:
In the event that the package went missing, the customer will be FULLY refunded for that item including all shipping costs. Note: This refund ONLY applies to those who have purchased shipping insurance.
Shipping Damage:
We sell items in various conditions from new to damaged. In the event that an item is damaged beyond the condition stated at auction, the customer may claim up to the amount of the winning bid.
Unauthorized Returns:
In the event we receive any item that does not contain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) we reserve the right to not refund the purchased price. If the item transaction is found: The purchase price for the item minus a 35% restocking fee will be refunded. (Excludes any shipping fees)
Steps to Obtain an RMA:
1. Contact us and provide this information: Your full name, eBay ID, eBay item number & the problem.
2. We will confirm the receipt of the request and evaluate the claim.
3. Once the claim has been validated, we will issue the RMA number & contact you.
4. Please repack the item with all original parts & papers, print out a copy of the PayPal payment
for the item transaction, and write in big font the RMA number on the paper and on the shipping box.
5. Once we receive the item and verify the contents, we will issue you the refund minus shipping costs. Failure to obtain an RMA prior to returning an item will result in an Unauthorized Return which will incur additional penalties. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT A REFUND GENERALLY TAKES 14 BUSINESS DAYS |
