ABOUT US We are a small enterprise located in our humble town of Johnstown PA 15904. We deal with selling overstock products, mainly electronics (but not limited to) such as state of the art televisions and digital cameras. We abide by the L.L.C. regulations and Policies. We strive for excellent customer service and will work with any situation to ensure that you are satisfied with your transaction on e-bay. PAYMENT Credit card payments will ONLY be accepted through PayPal. Money orders or cashiers checks, in US Dollars only, also accepted. Sorry but we DO NOT accept personal or business checks. Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of auction. If payment isn't received within 7 days, the auction will be automatically revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed. PLEASE be sure to include your E-BAY item number when you submit your payment. Make payments PROMPTLY and please No Dead-beat bidders. RETURN POLICY We do our best to present accurate and detailed information about every item we sell. We desire to provide strong customer satisfaction and a very positive experience for our customers. However, it is the responsibility of the bidder to carefully review all item photos and description and ask appropriate questions. If a return is needed, the buyer must contact us via ebay or phone within 7 days of the receipt of the item. Buyers are responsible for ALL return shipping and insurance costs(unless the item is significantly not as described). Insurance is required and must cover the sale price. All returned items will carry a 10% restocking fee (with a minimum fee of US $5 and maximum fee of US $75), unless the item is significantly not as described. An item is significantly not as described if the seller clearly misrepresented an item in a way that directly affects its value or usability. A refund or exchange (given the circumstances) will be issued upon arrival of the product for which you are returning. If payment was made via Paypal, the refund will be issued via Paypal; if payment is made via money order/cashiers check, the refund will be issued via a company check. "AS IS" ITEMS PLEASE NOTE: Items that are advertised as "AS IS" are are not eligible for return for any reason due to the condition of the merchandise. We advertise such items with the intention that the item is sold "AS IS" for parts or repair ONLY, or "AS IS" untested, due to the inability to test the item. There is no guaranty that the item is functioning as stated in the ad. We do not offer a return policy on "AS IS" items and in bidding on this item, you have read this disclaimer and agree to these terms. SHIPPING We charge a FLAT rate for all of our shipments, UNLESS because of size and weight, the item needs to be picked up or shipped by freight (For EX, a Large TV). In this case, the high bidder is responsible for making their own shipping arrangements. For freighted deliveries, shipping dimensions and weights will be clearly stated in our advertisement. If items are not picked up or freight arrangements are not made within 7 days of winning your auction, you will be charged a $25.00 storage fee per item, per week! Items are shipped via FedEx only. We will only ship using our FedEx account number. PLEASE NOTE: We only ship to 48 continental states within the USA, sorry NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE! We do not ship to any other International locations or to APO/FPO, or P.O. Boxes (the lower 48 only). If you won an auction and you are from an International location, you will need to provide a physical US shipping address in order for us to ship your item. For local pickups, we charge a $5.00 pickup fee on weekdays (Mon-Fri 9am-4:30pm) and a $10.00 pickup fee on Saturdays (9:00am-1:00pm) PER ITEM. Please bring the appropriate packing materials with you. We do not supply any extra packing. PAYPAL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE AND CLEARED PRIOR TO LOCAL PICKUP AND WE WILL NOT HONOR A LOCAL PICKUP FOR ITEMS UNDER $50.00!! Please contact us ahead of time so we may suit your pickup needs to provide a no hassle pickup experience for you. A tracking number is automatically emailed upon FedEx pick-up to the paypal email address provided. If your item is returned to our warehouse by FedEx as a result of an incorrect provided shipping address, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipment charges for the item. FEDEX SHIPPING DAMAGE If your item arrives to you seemingly damaged in transit, please do not refuse the package, but rather inspect the unit cosmetically and functionally, and if shipping damage has occurred, please retain all packaging materials, as well as all items/accessories included in your auction. Please contact us via ebay to inform us of the damage. Once we are contacted by you, we will contact Fedex in order to begin a Damage Claim. We will schedule to have the item picked up at the recipient’s location. Once we receive the item back, we will complete the paperwork for the claim and contact you when the claim is completed. This process usually can take 7-15 days after we complete the paperwork. Please do not initiate a damage claim with Fedex; please wait for us to do so, as delays and complications may occur otherwise. FEEDBACK We strive to ensure good customer relations. If there is a problem with your e-Bay transaction please contact us before leaving a negative feedback and we will do whatever it may take to leave you satisfied with your purchases. Positive feedback will be left upon receipt of buyer's positive feedback. We will leave negative feedback for any buyer leaving us unwarranted negative feedback and we reserve the right to block any bidder with or without cause.
