US student (soft but firm) edition book is essentially new with no internal markings.

Front cover has a picture of a petri dish with mercury pools (i.e., different from the stock picture above. Title on front cover is Chemistry Principles, Patterns, and Applications Volume 1. The text does have 616 pages.

Copyright year on inside cover is 2006.  Included with the textbook is a student access kit for Mastering Chemistry specifically for the text. The kit's ISBN is 0-8053-8318-2. The picture on the access kit is just like the stock picture above.

If payment is made by personal check, shipment of book will not occur until after payment is cleared.
